Marinated grilled peppers

Marinated grilled peppers with mbK chilli infused kelp

Filling, nourishing and simple to create!


2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp mbK chilli infused kelp
2 cloves garlic, sliced
fresh parsley, chopped
sea salt and cracked pepper, to taste


1. Heat a charcoal or gas grill

2. Place the peppers and cook each side for about 10 minutes

3. Place peppers in an environmental friendly bag, close tightly and let cool

4. Once cool, remove the stems and charred skins

5. Cut peppers into long strips and place into a bowl. Stir in olive oil, vinegar and mbK chilli infused kelp and garlic

6. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper

7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
