Shipping via Australia Post. Shipping is FREE for all orders over AUD $120. All orders under AUD $120 are calculated at checkout. Shipping times: 2-5 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Shipping times: varies depending on destination. We also have no control over your country’s local duties, taxes and customs fees. All costs involved (import tax, local duties, VAT, etc) must be paid by the customer. Please seek advice on these fees at your local postal facility.

mbK products are sent via the following different postage options:
Option 1) FREE postage for local pickup from our mbK collection point at 31 Casey Crescent, Mystery Bay, NSW, 2546, Australia. Please include a message with your order on preferred pick up time.
Option 2) Flat rate satchel up to 5kg. Price available at checkout.
Option 3) Wholesale orders: PRICE UPON CONFIRMATION OF QUANTITIES ORDERED – will be boxed & sent via Australia post.
INTERNATIONAL
Option 1) Standard international shipping. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
All products are packaged with repurposed bubblewrap bags and recycled materials.
RETURNS
RETURNS
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, mbK will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
The product is damaged, or
The product is faulty, and
You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
mbK reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Change of mind returns cannot be accepted for any of our nutritional products due to the health regulations. Ensure you select products carefully which are right for you based on consultation and advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
ISSUES WITH SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Great care is taken during the shipping process. However, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mbkforlife.com to investigate the damage and to identify a solution. Photographs of your item(s) and delivery package may be requested to help with a prompt resolution.
mbK reserves the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
