That’s why we created our Women’s Wellness Bundle containing three of our most popular blends: Hemp & Yeast, Pure and Turmeric. Each of these nutritionally formulated blends is designed to provide mental and physical health benefits, as well as relieve the discomforts associated with PMS and menopause symptoms.
Hemp and nutritional yeast are two great superfood sources of essential fatty acids, which are crucial to the health and well-being of our bodies. The omega-6 fats found in hemp is an essential component of cell structure, ensuring that cells can perform their functions effectively. Omega-3 fats are also essential fats that help human cells thrive. These essential fats are a vital component of our cell membranes, helping them to do their jobs and eliminating toxins from our systems.
Omega-3 fats are also important because they help improve the health of the heart, the brain, the liver, the development of the brain in babies, and reduce inflammation. Hemp is also known to help lower the risk of heart disease, support healthy skin, ease stomach pain, and ease PMS and menopause symptoms. It has a lot of vitamins B6 and B12 in it. B6 vitamins are important for making energy in cells. Normal blood production is helped by vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 helps keep the nervous system working well and may help to ease the symptoms of PMS. Our Pure blend contains our foundational ingredient, Mystery Bay Kelp. Kelp is an excellent source of natural bioavailable iodine that is easily absorbed into our body, and every cell in the body requires iodine. Iodine one of the most important micronutrients which is currently missing in the modern food chain. Iodine is an essential element for the production of thyroid hormones which regulate energy production throughout the body. Iodine is necessary for growth, development and metabolism. Additionally, iodine plays an important role in brain function and other body processes such as immune system function. Kelp is also high in antioxidants, including carotenoids and flavonoids, which can help fight against disease-causing free radicals.
Our Turmeric blend contains turmeric and black pepper. Our mbK Turmeric blend contains black pepper to aid the absorption of curcumin.

DOES NOT CONTAIN: Gluten, Dairy, Lactose, Sugar, Wheat, Soy, Animal products, Artificial colours and Artificial flavours.
mbK products are vegan-friendly and made from 100% vegan ingredients. However, we recommend our products not be consumed by people with a shellfish allergy, as they may contain traces of crustacean.

Simply add or sprinkle directly onto food. Our products can also be used for cooking, juicing and baking or left on the table as a healthy condiment.

SUSTAINABLY SOURCED:
We source all of our ingredients locally from Australia. We sustainably hand select the freshest kelp from the pristine waters of Mystery Bay on the Far South Coast of NSW, Australia. The kelp has naturally broken from their holdfast and washed in close to the shore. The kelp is washed in the ocean and then transported to our manufacturing facility to dry in the sun naturally. This process precludes the use of any chemicals or dyes.
We then process the kelp to a fine granule suitable for cooking, juicing, baking, or sprinkled onto any food. All of our herbs and spices are selectively sourced from local Australian organic growers. All herbs and spices are then processed by hand from scratch. We are proud to support Australian producers with their incredible high quality produce, which delivers intense aromas and flavors.
